In this project one can appreciate an adaptation to a more modernist style, with different types of exterior joinery (fixed, tilt-turn windows, slide-lifters, doors, etc). This project demonstrates the high degree of endurance of Climatac® joinery to solar rays, given the harsh climate of the area, and the design of the building which lacks protective eaves.
